Everything for the gate

You have a ticket to The New Dawn. This is the whole of what you need on the night, and what to do if something goes wrong with it before then.

The night

Saturday 12 December 2026, Ghud Park — Accra Mall, Tetteh Quarshie.
Doors at 19:00. Music from 20:00.
Rain or shine. The show goes ahead either way, so dress for December.

Bring

Your QR ticket. Xecute Pass emails it — screenshot it, because the gate is faster than the network.
Valid photo ID. Every guest needs one, and it is checked at the gate.

At the gate

One scan only, and no re entry. Once you are out, you are out.
Security screening at every gate, and a site map at each one.

Leave at home

Weapons, drugs, outside alcohol and glass bottles.
Outside food and drink of any kind.
Professional cameras, drones, large bags and laser pens.
Filming on your phone is fine. Anything commercial needs accreditation in advance.

If something is wrong with your ticket

Cannot find it? Xecute Pass will look it up against the phone number you booked with.
Transfers go through the ticketing platform only. A ticket passed around outside it will not scan.
Resale above face value voids the ticket, and the person holding it is the one turned away.
Non refundable, except if the event is cancelled.

On site

An on site medical team, an ambulance point and marked first aid tents.
Drinking water points across the site.
Clearly marked emergency exits, and a lost person point.
A quiet area away from the stage for anyone who needs it.
